salt & light coalition | HIIT + YOGA Festival
A charity event where we raised $15,000 donated to Salt & Light Coalition, a non-profit organization based in Chicago. With the funds raised we were able to put three women through a one-year long rehabilitation program with the dual goal of healing and empowering women to get jobs in the wellness sector. Thank you to all those who came out to support a beautiful cause.
Manitoba Harvest cbd campaign
Manitoba Harvest is one of my favorite brands solely from their hemp hearts. (It has the word heart in it!). Now we intertwine CBD into the mixture, which I like to take prior to meditation or in the evening.
